1. Only guests who are properly registered for accommodation may be accommodated in the apartments. When starting the stay, the guest is obliged to show a valid identification document - ID card, passport or other valid identity document.

2. Private accommodation provides services to accommodated guests within the scope of the relevant category.
3. Occupancy of the apartment is possible on the day of arrival after 13:00, release of the apartment is until 10:00 on the day of departure. If the guest does not vacate the accommodation within the specified time, the accommodation facility is entitled to charge for the accommodation for the following day.
4. Upon check-in, the accommodated person pays a refundable deposit of €200 in case of renting the whole house or one floor for case of destruction of things, damage to the apartments. When the client leaves, the lodger will check the accommodation in his presence. In the event that the facility is in the same condition and scope as when starting the stay, the deposit is returned to the guest upon departure. In the event that the equipment was damaged or missing, this value of the equipment is deducted from the client's deposit, or the requested additional payment to the actual value.
5. The lodger is obliged to hand over the apartment to the guest in a condition suitable for proper use and undisturbed stay according to the agreement. In accordance with the category of the accommodation facility, linen is changed once every seven days. As a standard, if the stay lasts seven days or less, the accommodation provider does not ensure the cleaning of the apartment and the removal of garbage during the guest's stay.
6. As part of security, the accommodated person is obliged to lock the entrances to the building, his apartment, the entrance to the sauna, or the house for storing skis and bicycles. The loss of the key is charged at 5 EUR.
7. From 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. there is a nighttime silence in the accommodation facility, which the accommodated person is obliged to observe.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation facility. Violation of this ban is fined 100 EUR.
9. The operator of the accommodation facility is not responsible for things brought into the building, premises intended for accommodation or for storing things by the guests staying. In the case of any damage caused by careless handling of things located in the premises of the object and its equipment, the accommodated person is obliged to report the damage and bear the reasonable costs incurred by the accommodation provider during their removal.
10. The accommodation provider reserves the right to terminate the guest's stay without the right to compensation for accommodation in the event that the person accommodated in the accommodation facility violates good manners or otherwise violates the accommodation rules.
11. In exceptional cases, the lodger may provide the guest with accommodation other than what was agreed, as long as it does not differ significantly from the confirmed order.
12. If the accommodated person requests an extension of their stay, the accommodation provider can also provide them with a different apartment than the one in which they were originally accommodated.
13. The resident agrees that during the duration of his stay, the lodger, maintenance man, cleaner has the right to enter his apartment for the purpose of performing his official duties, but he informs the resident about this in advance.
14. The person staying in the apartment is obliged to inform the accommodation provider in advance about any visits to the apartment, and they will be allowed only after the consent of this employee, while the presence of visitors in the apartment is allowed until 22:00. The lodger is entitled to request an identification document from such a visit. In justified cases, the accommodation provider is authorized not to allow the visit.
15. In the apartment, as well as in other areas of the building, the resident may not move the equipment, carry out repairs or any interventions in the electrical network or other installation.
16. The guest is not allowed to use his own electrical appliances in the accommodation facility and especially in the apartment. This does not apply to the personal computer and electrical appliances used for the guest's personal hygiene.
17. When leaving, the guest will turn off the lights in the apartment, turn off all used electrical appliances, close the water taps and all doors and windows and hand over the key to the accommodation provider, or to the code box. The guest is obliged to perform basic cleaning of the apartment.
18. Accommodation of animals is not allowed.
19. Upon request, the accommodation facility will arrange for medical assistance, or transport to the hospital, in case of sudden illness or injury of the accommodated guest.
20. For safety reasons, it is not advisable to leave children under 10 without adult supervision either in the apartment or in other areas of the building. In all circumstances, the person with whom the child is registered to stay is responsible for the child.
21. Residents are not allowed to take sports equipment and objects into their rooms, if another place is reserved for their storage - on the ground floor, a ski room, shelves for ski boots.
22. Complaints of accommodated guests and possible proposals for improving the operation of the accommodation facility are accepted by the operator. The Book of Wishes and Complaints and the Complaints Procedure are available from the accommodation provider.
23. If the guest orders a stay and has to leave suddenly for various reasons, the ordered services will be charged at full price even if they are not used.
24. One parking space is reserved for one apartment.
25. In the building, the fire regulations are posted in a visible and accessible place for the staying guests. Stayed guests are obliged to follow these fire regulations during their stay.
26. The lodger is not responsible for the loss and damage of things stored in the apartment or in the entire building.
