prepared according to §15 of the Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic No. 259/2008Z.z. about details and requirements for accommodation facilities

b) type and method of providing accommodation services: Type of accommodation: apartments Category in accordance with Decree of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic No. 277/2008Z.z., which establishes classification features for accommodation facilities when classifying them into categories and classes: Private accommodation - object * Description of the accommodation facility: The private family house is located in Velky Slavkov. The building contains 2 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor. One access to the building is from the south side from the 1st floor from the concrete staircase, which is directly connected to the parking lot in front of the house. In front of the house is a parking area with a capacity of 7 parking spaces. The second entrance to the building is barrier-free from the 1st floor, north side. Number of accommodation units (apartments): 9 Number of beds for accommodation: 18 7 apartments have the same layout. They are connected to the Internet. The apartments contain a bedroom with a double bed 180cmx200cm, a wardrobe, a table with 2 drawers, or a chest of drawers, a wardrobe. Each apartment has a bathroom with a toilet and a shower, except for 1 apartment on the ground floor, which has a bathtub and a toilet. garbage can. Each bed has a pillow and sheets, a blanket and sheets, a sheet. The hygienic equipment consists of a toilet, a shower, a sink, a mirror with lighting, a storage shelf, and a closable trash can. Other equipment: broom for the floor, shovel for garbage, bucket for water, cloth for the floor. Change of linen: towels, tea towels, bed linen once a week or when changing guests. The building is supplied with drinking water from the public water supply, drained to the public sewer and heated from its own gas boiler. c) optional features of a family house: The object will provide temporary accommodation for domestic and foreign guests of free tourism in the attractive alpine environment of the High Tatras, focused on hiking and skiing. About 7 km away is the famous resort of the High Tatras, Starý Smokovec. You can relax in the nearby water park AQUACITY, Poprad, Termal Vrbov or Tatralandia in Liptovský Mikuláš. All apartments are connected to the Internet. The rooms are non-smoking. A blanket is available in each apartment. Barrier-free access to the building is ensured from the north side, which is directly connected to the access road and at the same time serves as a parking area with a capacity of 7 spaces.

d) operating conditions, principles of safety and health protection of the accommodated guests and employees of the accommodation facility: Hygienic and anti-epidemiological regulations and measures are observed in the operation. The company AZ KAPITAL, s.r.o., specifically the company manager Ing., is responsible for their compliance. Igor Kračun. The operation must be kept clean and orderly. Workers must take care to observe personal hygiene. Employees are equipped with personal protective equipment according to the type of activities performed, primarily work clothes and work shoes. The operation is equipped with a sufficient amount of cleaning and disinfecting agents, as well as clean linen. In the accommodation facility, a first aid kit is located in a convenient and accessible place, the equipment of which is constantly replenished. Smoking is prohibited in the entire building

e) method of storage and handling of bed linen and the frequency of its replacement: There is a sufficient amount of clean linen in the facility. Clean linen is provided for each resident. When handling linen, there must be no contact or confusion between clean and used linen. Damaged and worn bed linen will be removed from use. Clean bedding may be transported to the facility only if it is packaged to prevent contamination. Clean linen is stored in a separate room - corridor on the 1st floor. Used linen is stored in a plastic bin in the basement and regularly taken to the laundry room.

f) method and frequency of regular cleaning and general cleaning of the accommodation facility: All areas of the accommodation facility are cleaned and disinfected at the end of the guests' stay, at least once a week. At least once a quarter, or as needed, general cleaning associated with washing windows, doors, light fixtures and dusting mattresses and blankets must be provided. Painting and basic repair of all washable surfaces is carried out at least once every two years. Means for disinfecting surfaces - SAVO. When using the disinfectant, follow the enclosed manufacturer's instructions and observe the exposure times. The room for the cleaner with a sink with hot and cold drinking water supply is located on the 1st floor of the building.

g) disinfection procedure and its frequency in personal hygiene equipment: Personal hygiene equipment must be washed and disinfected daily. Disinfectants for personal hygiene equipment - Domestos, SAVO.

h) procedure for ensuring the destruction of animal pests: The destruction of animal pests must be carried out in the accommodation facility.

i) method of solid waste removal, frequency of emptying waste containers, their cleaning and disinfection: Municipal solid waste is collected in closable and washable containers and taken out daily.
